Way back in 1977, John Howard was Treasurer and handed down his first Budget. I made a satirical film of this and it was shown on 'This Day Tonight' ~ ABC TV ~ the National Current Affairs programme at 7.30 pm, after an interview with John Howard. The short film starred John Jacobs, Barbara Ciszewska and Ian Scott and was written, filmed and edited by Michael Nicholson. Please note: The sound quality is poor so it needs to be turned up. (more)
